Sub-carrier protection scheme in beyond 100G multi-carrier optical transmission

(in English) Optical transmission equipment used in core network will be expected to transport 400Gbps/1Tbps client traffic. Beyond 100G optical transmission technology will change from a single carrier optical transmission to a multi carrier optical transmission. We consider a sub carrier protection method to suppress an impact of sub carrier failure, and then investigate that method by hardware-based evaluation when client traffic transmitted under a sub carrier failure.
