| (in English) | We developed a soft ultrasonic probe that was deformable for shape of the object. It was described about the observation of the simulated sample modeled on the human body and the application for medical ultrasound. The polystyrene block with lateral holes was observed to confirm the subsurface detectability of the soft probe. The structure of tooth was observed using the model of jaw for the examination of teeth as the application for medical ultrasound. The teeth of the model of jaw were fixed with screws from the back, and the reflected signla was confirmed from the hole of screw. After the gingiva of model of jaw was inspected using the soft probe, and the reflected signal was detected from the surface of teeth. Besides, the simulated tumors of the phantom of mammary gland were imaged using a flexible array probe. | |
