A Classification Hardware with Hierarchical Multiple Scan Window Sizes for Colorectal Endoscopic Diagnosis

(in English) With the increase of colorectal cancer patients in recent years, the needs of quantitative evaluation of colorectal cancer are increased, and the Computer-Aided Diagnosis (CAD) system which supports doctor's diagnosis is essential. In this paper, we introduce a SVM hardware architecture for CAD system for colorectal endoscopic images with NBI magnification findings. Additionally, we also introduce a consideration of parallel degree which can compute a pyramid style SVM with multi-SVMs for effective diagnosis image segmentation in parallel.
