Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The data packets may be transmitted by different transmission rate in each stream, since the optimum multi-value of modulation is selected in MIMO transmission of the eigenmode using the channel estimation, according to signal to noise ratio (SNR). Since a packet is transmitted as multiplexed signals from two or more streams at the same time, the reception error might be caused by the interference wave in the data transmitted by the stream with large multi-value of modulation. On the other hand, the transmission efficiency is decreased because the packet unit is discarded though the data of the stream with small multi-value of modulation may be received. To solve this issue, the packet arrangement technique for decreasing the packets loss is proposed in this paper. In this proposed method, the packet transmitted from a small multi-value of modulation, even if the packet transmitted from streams of a large multi-value of modulation loses is received. In this paper, the packet arrangement technique is proposed, and explains the feature scheme. Moreover, the throughput characteristic and the packet loss rate are evaluated. Throughput improved about 40% to the proposed scheme in the maximum compared with the conventional scheme.
