[Poster Presentation] Effect of congestion control on subjective stress of calling party during disaster

(in English) In disaster，the telephone is key device to safety confirmation．In critical emergency situations，we become alert and lots of needs will be raised，one of which is to have connection with others．However，there are often lack of connection than needs to call．In order to resolve this problem，one of the authors (Satoh) has suggested a load balancing scheduling method for congestion control to restrict a group of users to make calls in some period by turns．In this study，we examine this control method by group experiment．The results showed that control method decrease the subjective stress of calling party than normal method．
