Multilayered uniaxial anisotropy amorphous Co-Zr-Nb thin film was put 10 μm high on a microstrip line with measurement and simulation in both magnetic near field intensity and conduction loss. A 16 dB magnetic shielding effectiveness at 1.1 GHz and a maximum conduction loss around 2.1 GHz were obtained. The eddy current loss and permeability property were analyzed separately through the control of film resistivity and permeability in simulation. Both of these two factors exhibited significant contribution to the near field shielding. It was found that the shielding degree was dominated by eddy current that related to film dimension and resistivity, the shielding frequency range was determined by FMR. |
