Loop antenna system is used in the radiated emission test of induction cooking appliances or electrical lighting equipment below 30 MHz. And the estimation method of magnetic-field strength at 3 m or 10 m is to multiply the current that measured by using the three large loop antenna oriented orthogonally to each other and the conversion factor written in CISPR16-1-4. However, in this method, the estimation error may be increase when EUT has the vertical magnetic dipole moment. In this technical report, we proposed a new estimation method considering the influence of the vertical magnetic dipole moment. In addition, we estimated 3 m magnetic-field strength by the proposed method and measured 3 m magnetic-field strength by actual measurement in 10 m SAC by using the loop antenna that is 45 degrees tilt-rotation and 45 degrees azimuth-rotation instead of EUT. Then, the estimation value is agreement with the measurement value within ±2 dB. We could be confirmed the validity of the new estimation method. |
