(in English) A degraded communication performance from feedback delay has been recognized in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) eigenbeam space-division multiplexing (E-SDM) in time-varying channel. In this study, degraded communication performance by increased phase angle variation velocities is reported because the transmission weight becomes increasingly sensitive to smaller gaps between eigenvalues. In addition, it is indicated that the communication performance is improved in MIMO E-SDM based on adaptive control of the channel feedback time period by using the eigenvalue gap as an input parameter. The adaptive control is more effective in the case of increasing spatial correlation.
