(in English) Dependability (reliability) terms of IEC 60050-192 standard was enacted in February 2015. It has passed 25 years since the previous IEC 60050-191 standard having issued. On the other hand, amendment work of the JIS Z 8115 standard of reliability terms has been promoted also in accordance with the progress of the IEC standard. The framework and key issues of the amendment were described twice.
In this presentation, 192-10 reliability design and 192-11 reliability analysis of the amendment are selected, and major terms are explained by focusing on the differences from the existing JIS Z 8115 standard.
