| 抄録 | （和） | 一般的なEC(Electric Commerce)サイトで商品の特徴を提示するスペック一覧は簡潔かつ定型的なものが多いため，商品知識が十分ではないユーザ(以下，購入検討者)にとって競合商品の比較検討を行うのに十分な情報を網羅していない場合が多い．そこで購入検討者は，ECサイトのクチコミ情報を閲覧することで競合する商品の特徴を探索するが，クチコミ情報はその量が膨大であり，その中からキーとなる情報を特定するためには大きな労力を要する． 本研究では，1つの商品に関わるクチコミ情報の中から商品比較で話題となっているキーワードを抽出し，そのキーワードに基づいて商品の特徴一覧を提示するシステムの構築を目指している． 先行研究では，商品をスマートフォンに限定して購入検討者の情報探索行動を分析した．その結果スマートフォンにおいては，発生する不具合や性能上の問題といったネガティブな情報を多く取得しようとすることが明らかとなった． 本稿では，ネガティブな情報を含む商品比較インタフェースを検討する上で，クチコミ情報をどのようなタイミングや形式で提示するとよいかという基礎的検討を行ったので報告する． |
| （英） | General online shopping shows the characteristics of the commodity by using the spec table. However, because many of the spec table contains concise and typical expression, it is often not cover information enough to comparative examine the rivalry commodity by purchase examination users who lack knowledge. Therefore, these users search for the characteristic of the rivalry goods by reading the communication log of the bulletin board, but its information amount is enormous, so these users need the labor in order to identify information of the clue. In this study, I will extract the keywords related to the commodity comparison from communication log of the bulletin board as to one commodity, and build a system for showing a table of the commodity characteristics on the basis of that keyword. In previous study, we analyzed action of users who lack knowledge as limiting the item to the smartphone. As a result, in the smartphone, we found they acquire a lot of negative information such as malfunction and the problem in the performance to occur. In this paper, we report basic study of what the information is better timing and format, and function, because of investigating the commodity comparison interface including the negative information. |
