Development of the extration method of S-parameters for elastic waveguides

(in English) When the localized wave appears on the elastic waveguide that propagates flexual waves, the resonant reflection appears and the reflectance becomes unity with the interaction of the localized wave and the incident wave. In this study we detected the resonant reflection in the elastic waveguide made of aluminum. Furthermore, we propose the new method to extract S-parameters and applied it to obtain the resonant curve under Fano effect. This method is not only interesting in fundamental aspect but also useful to analyze abnormal vibrations.
