In this study, we make a local community system using ICT technology for aiming the activation of local government, we describe a technique for achieving industrial development, such as local commercial and tourism. Specifically, for example, even visitors not only local citizens by actively publish such aggressively attract tourists sales information of tourism data and local shopping district with the aim of development of local shopping street in rural realizes crowdsourcing by send imminent information asked to participate, it becomes possible to provide such special sale information also helps likely tourist data and shopping district to other participants by publishing the data was. The feature of the proposed community system is that terms are easily related by utilizing the proposed Japanese Wikipedia link API. It becomes possible to easily configure the LOD(Linked Open Data) and make related synonyms. The validity of the collection method and the openness of the various types of data will be confirmed in the experiments by the prototype community system. |
