(in English) The learner look for books and documentations when the learner start learning. But mismatch problem occurs in the learner and documentation. Because of presence of learners lack of knowledge and a lot of documentation. Mismatch problem leading to detachment and reduced efficiency. In this study, to determine the recommendation information from the proficiency and the difficulty. And we make the construction of information recommendation system to recommend. In addition, to perform the construction of cross-site information recommendation system.
