異なる刺激レベルのトーンバースト聴取時に対する周波数対応反応,中間潜時反応,長潜時反応,および自発脳磁界α波の変化と不快レベルとの関係を調査した.周波数対応反応のRMS振幅は,不快レベル付近にまで増加すると,低域周波数では反応が飽和し,中高域周波数では反応が急上昇した.また,聴覚誘発脳磁界反応N1m振幅および潜時の変化率は,不快レベルよりやや小さいレベルにおいて最小点を示した.不快レベルが聴覚伝導路の脳幹に起源をもつ周波数対応反応,聴皮質に起源をもつN1m反応に有意に反映されるため,これらの反応の変化に着目することで不快レベルを推定できる可能性がある. |

The relationships between the uncomfortable loudness level and auditory-evoked responses or spontaneous activity were investigated. As auditory-evoked responses, frequency following response, auditory brainstem response, middle latency response and slow vertex response were adopted. When the RMS magnitude of the frequency following response increased until around uncomfortable level, the response was saturated for low frequencies and rapidly increased for middle and high frequencies. The change rate of the N1m and latency on the auditory-evoked response was detected as minimum value below the uncomfortable level. Since the uncomfortable level was reacted to the frequency following response originated with brainstem in auditory pathway and the N1m response originated with the temporal lobe of the cerebral cortex in auditory pathway, it is possible to estimate the uncomfortable level with these response’s changes. |
