(in English) In this report, localized mode in a resonant circuit array coupled via mutual induction is investigated. A circuit equation and a dispersion relation are first derived. Then, it is shown that localized modes exist when an impurity is added to the array. In addition, it is revealed that localized modes strongly localize if the coupling coefficient is small, or the impurity is strong and wide. Furthermore, localized modes in two-dimensional array are also identified.
