(in English) The elder-care relates to the thermoregulation has many difficulties for caregivers. The reason for this is that it is hard to understand the patient’s best temperature from his facial expressions and his behaviors. It is said that even the expert caregiver might miss understand the patient’s real wishes about the temperature. Moreover, even the little changes of the patient’s body temperature caused by the changing of the room temperature, it can be the main cause of leading to his death if the patient’s function of the thermoregulation depressed. We propose a sensing system with the bed agent that measure the patient’s wishes temperature by using sensors, and to announce patient’s condition by using agent character to the caregiver by using application.
