[Poster Presentation] Symbol Error Rate Analysis of Optical Wireless MPPM-CNK Using Racing Counters

(in English) The MPPM-CNK system using the generalized modified prime sequence code(GMPSC), which combines the code number keying (CNK) with the multi-pulse pulse position modulation (MPPM), is considered. In this paper, the frame synchronization system with the racing counters for the MPPM-CNK is investigated and the symbol error rate taking into account the frame synchronization performance is evaluated by theoretical analysis. Consequently, when the symbol error rate achieves $10^{-6}$, the performance degradation from ideal symbol error rate of MPPM to be a completely synchronized state is $1.9$[dBm]. Moreover, it is found
that the symbol error rate of CNK is much the same as lower bound of CNK.
