A Study of Target Color Control Method for Digital Color Shift Keying

(in English) In this paper, we have proposed the controlling method of the perceived color (i.e., Target Color) in Digital Color Shift Keying (DCSK). In conventional DCSK, when all of the symbols are used for transmitting, the target color is determined uniquely because the total number of target color is equal to the number of selection of symbols. In proposed method, the number of multi-color LEDs is increased while the number of using symbols are not changed. Consequently, the total number of target color are also increased and intended target color can be obtained. Moreover, changes in the total number of target color, the color rendering index (CRI) that is used for evaluation of illuminants and the bit error rate (BER) of proposed method with multiple Quad color LEDs are evaluated through theoretical analysis. Consequently, CRI where color temperature of target color are $3000K$, $4200K$ and $6500K$ respectively can be improved. However, the CRI cannot become adequately good because narrowness of spectrum of LEDs.
