(in English) The authors have developed vehicle communication system utilizing the TV white-spaces (TVWS) in Singapore by using the previously prototyped white-space LTE system. This system fully conforms to the Singapore regulation established by the IDA (Infocom Development Authority) in 2014. To confirm the practicality of the TVWS communication system, distribution system of streaming video on the move has been also developed as one of assumed use scenarios. As a result, encoded streaming video shot by a camera unit in a car is successfully distributed to a media server and delivered in response to user’s request with an acceptable delay.
