The design method of reflection-suppressed all-optical diode based on asymmetric nonlinear L-shaped photonic crystal nanocavity

(in English) The design method of reflection-suppressed all-optical diode based on asymmetric nonlinear L-shaped photonic crystal nanocavity is investigated. Using the nonlinear coupled mode theory (NL-CMT) and linear numerical scheme (FETD-BPM), the strategy for obtaining reflection-suppressed structure is proposed. Analyzing the two-dimensional rod-type nonlinear L-shaped photonic crystal nanocavity, we investigate the reflection-suppressed structure with the large nonreciprocal transmission ratio. The results obtained by NL-CMT and FETD-BPM are agree with the results obtained by nonlinear numerical scheme (NL-FETD-BPM), showing the validity of our proposed method.
