(in English) In fibular transfer surgery for mandibular reconstruction, objective decision making and standardization of surgical procedure are desired for patient specific preoperative planning. Although interactive planning software is recently utilized, a time-consuming trial-and-error process is needed to obtain a better reconstruction pattern because manual 3D operation is required for adjustment of the fibular segments. This study aims to design a semi-automatic preoperative planning system, and proposes an evaluation function for mandibular reconstruction based on multiple shape indicators. We obtained 60 reconstruction plans configured by surgeons, and confirmed the efficacy of the evaluation function.
