| 抄録 | （和） | Access control is an important issue in managing a personal health record (PHR) system. Unlike the electronic medical record (EMR), the PHR requires an individual to collect the data and to control any access to his/her data. The PHR management system must provide a method for the PHR owner to define his/her access control policy on his/her PHRs. In addition, the PHR management system must ensure to enforce such policies. This work surveys existing methods to solve such issues. The required features of the PHR system are also discussed in this work. |
