| 抄録 | （和） | The Decision Support Systems (DSS) in healthcare service domain have been growing significantly for improving individual health outcome. These DSS are used for helping both patient and physician during healthcare diagnostic decision process. To support various requirements of each individual, the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) provides useful strategy for addressing the data integration and interoperability problems. However, there are few implementations of healthcare DSS services effectively. In addition, these implementations are tightly coupling between services. They are not flexible enough to support dynamic requirements of each individual. In this work, we investigate the shared characteristic of healthcare DSS, and the factors that influence DSS service flexibility and extensibility. Then, we demonstrate some solutions on how to implement such existing framework to meet the real deployment of flexibility and extensibility. |
