(in English) Personal Health Record (PHR) was recently introduced as an alternative approach to storing and sharing personal health information managing by an individual. The PHR owner has a full control over his/her PHRs. That includes collecting, managing, and sharing the PHRs. However, security and privacy issues are still a primary concern of many people. This work, a literature survey regarding the security and privacy issues as well as usability of the PHR system is given. The features that are required and the state of the existing systems are discussed. The existing systems investigated in this work include Indivo, Microsoft HealthVault, Google Health, and PCEHR system.
