Glean is a framework to refine and validate corporate data, gathered from internal organizations and external affiliates, pertaining to network quality measurements. Multi-party data sources, describing the state of the networks, comply little. By empirically determining the time interval of the time series objects to be constructed, and fixing constraints, creating functional subsets employing overlapping attributes, Glean ameliorates the degree of agreement between data sources. This engine yields the best approach, complete with relevant constraints and agreement score, that serves as a metric to deem data reliable for corporate decision-making. |
