Major learning topics extraction from course syllabi for studying educational technology

(in English) The course curricula which relate to educational technology were
lexically analyzed to extract learning contents for human resource
development on the area in Japan.
The methodology for analyzing relationships between courses is based on
lexical analysis and clustering technique using cosine similarity.
First, syllabus for Human-Computer Interaction in the Computer Science
curriculum was analyzed to illustrate the relationship among course
contents.
The curriculum standards which developed by the AECT based in USA was
analyzed to extract a structure of teaching contents using the
methodology.
Also, syllabi for Learning Technology courses, which are taught at
British universities, are analyzed to extract common contents and
deviations.
As comparing these teaching contents, required knowledge was
determined.
