(in English) When assessing skills of humans or designing itemsets, having fewer number of items is cost-efficient both in time and money by reducing examination time and burden of item writing. In this paper, we model the lack of item responses as missing values in item response matrices, which are decomposed into bases and weights by nonnegative matrix factorization and the missing values are filled by reconstructing from the bases and weights. This enable us to predict scores for the entire test and Cronbach's alpha coefficients, which are a measure of test quality. Further, we propose an active learning scheme where items to answer are selected in the order of the uncertainty in missing value estimation.
