Process Improvement Method by Preventing Recurrence of Troubles

(in English) In this paper, we propose a method to establish the process to prevent recurrence of troubles of system development projects. It's learned that one of the causes of declining of the productivity and late delivery is caused by reworks of occurrence of troubles. Especially the recurrence of troubles or similar troubles should have been prevented. In order to do this, each system development organization attempts to establish trouble databases and risk management process. However, by their own style trouble preventing process, few reductions of recurrence troubles are confirmed. In this paper, we propose the method to prevent trouble by well-known problem solving methodology. When we apply this method to real cases of system development organizations, we confirmed its improvement effects.
