We proposed a lumped element circuit model of the ground plane (GP) and twisted wires mounted on the conducted noise evaluation system for an in-vehicle motor and its ECU. We estimated that the current path of the GP can be expressed by inductance branches. The simplified circuit which simulates the conducted noise evaluation system was built for verifying the circuit model of GP. The GP and wires which are components of the noise evaluation system were modeled by combinations of self-inductance and mutual inductance. The noise current simulation was performed using the model. As a result, the difference between the measurement result and the simulation result was within 1 dB. |
