Beam steering of 120-GHz-band planar slot array antenna

(in English) In this report, we report on the examination results of the beam scanning using the 120-GHz-band planar slot array antenna that was formed by diffusion bonding. We divided the feeding waveguides for 16x16 elements slots into four (4x16 elements slot), and we input 120-GHz-band RF signals with phase difference in each feeding waveguides. We have succeeded in the beam scanning of 120-GHz-band RF signal in the angle range of in 4 degrees.
