In this research, we will propose an efficient FDTD (Finite-difference time-domain) calculation method in kHz frequency range. This method utilize transfer function which is modeled by rational function. The transfer function is calculated by the ARMA (Autoregressive moving average model) algorithm to reduce calculation time. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed by calculating time response of lightning pulse ( The duration of lightning pulse is around several hundred nanoseconds) . |
