Receiver-Side Load Control for Wireless Power Transfer Using Electromagnetically Coupled Parallel Line Feeder

(in English) This paper investigates receiver side load control method for wireless power transfer (WPT) using electromagnetically coupled parallel line feeder. When magnetic coupling is employed for WPT using parallel line feeder, due to magnetic field standing wave, received power fluctuates dynamically as the receiver moves along the feeder. Therefore, hybrid inductive-capacitive coupling and receiver-side load control have been proposed to stabilize the received power. However, since the load is controlled iteratively in the method, the received power may fluctuate drastically. Therefore, we improve load control method based on electromagnetic field distribution to suppress power fluctuation. Experiment results show the effectiveness of proposed method.
