A study on a Method of Implementation (; Assessment) for Sustainable Development on the Smart Cities -- Software Defined Society --

(in English) In September 2015, the United Nations summit adopted the 2030 Agenda (Sustainable Development Goals; SDGs) to build on existing initiatives to develop measurements of progress on Sustainable Development that complement Gross Domestic Product . Assessment Index of the city is a structured indicator system to carry out integrated evaluation in the three aspects of economic, social, environment, such as Inclusive Wealth Index (IWI). On the other hand, International standard (Individual Index) have been developed, such as ISO 37120: Sustainable development of communities -- Indicators for city services and quality of life, and ISO/TS 37151: Smart community infrastructures -- Principles and requirements for performance metrics that are provided by Standards Developing Organizations.
In this paper, we propose a Method of Implementation (i.e., Assessment) for Sustainable Development on the Smart Cities that create a fusion of Integrated Index (KGI) and Individual Index Indicators (KPIs), by use of Information and Communication Technologies.
