A Method to Systematic Risk Management Watch Dog

(in English) Recently we can see the growing interest on Risk Management Process. The main purpose of Risk Management is to succeed system development projects. However rate of no-successful System development projects are not reduced in Japan and Overseas. Others hardly result in line with expectations. In this paper, we first analyze real cases of System development projects that adapted risk management and will find root cause of failure. Then we propose a permanent monitoring agency that predicts future risks elicitation with adoption in real case example.
