Proposal and Performance Evaluation of Multiple Label Propagation Algorithm for Linked Open Data Generation

(in English) In recent years, Linked Open Data (LOD) has been attracting attention in the world. It has been increasing year after year in Japan. However, there is created LOD that became independent by the individual organization. Herewith, many of the LOD is not existed enough links. In addition, there is LOD using own schema like “title”, “review”. For this reason, the accessibility and the usability of data is declining. In this study, we propose a new Multiple Label Propagation algorithm to bring out the attraction of the data by semi-supervised for linking LOD. This algorithm predicts the semantic label of the individual data using the assumptions of “Adjacent node belongs to the same class”. Thereby it is intended to extend the link between data. Also, it can correspond to the multi-label to considerate of the ambiguities of data. The results of evaluation experiments, we confirmed that the proposed method could get the label predicated value representing the semantic distance. In addition, we confirmed that the proposed method is much fast processing time than the conventional method.
