Proposal of handy measurement method the directivity in pattern antenna

(in English) Recently, WSN has been attracting a global attention in the field of environmental monitoring for many industries. Since the sensor node is installed in various locations, the antenna angle may not necessarily appropriate. Although the use of isotropic antenna is the ideal, the actual antenna has always directivity. Therefore, in order to enhance reliability of the radio wave propagation prediction, it is necessary to take into account the directivity of the antenna. In this paper, we propose a method to estimate the directivity using a device module built-in miniature pattern antenna. The results were compared with the measured values in an anechoic chamber, to verify the measurement method.
