(in English) Accidents by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) also known as Drone gives civilians an apprehension of feel fear for UAV utilization. As some of reasons, the safety flight depends on the flight skill of each pilot because at present suitable operation rules for UAVs has not been established yet. Also, even if accidents occur, there is no system for sharing and analyzing the flight information to avoid the recurrence of accidents. In this paper, we proposed a concept of UAV Concierge System for supporting safety measures of UAV utilization. We then discussed the necessary information flows and functions in order to design a flight information registration and management function on the system.
