Zinc Oxide (ZnO) has been investigated as an oxide thermoelectric material and doping of ZnO with n- and p- type nanostructure incorporated cotton fabric were successfully synthesized via a two steps hydrothermal method assisted by ultrasonicator. It was observed that substitution of dopant is critical for the formation of n-type and p-type ZnO nanostructures. We report a significant enhancement of the Seebeck coefficient of ZnO In-Situ cotton fabric by Sb-/ Ag-doping. The values of ZnO and Sb-/Ag-doped ZnO at room
temperature are -0.5905 mVK-1, -10.528 mVK-1 and 12.0597 mVK-1, respectively. |
