(in English) The contact center using Web technology has gradually appeared. As a typical example, there is a click to dial contact center service using Web-API. If the contact center size gets larger, the more important the ability to endure for bursty traffic etc. In NetroSphere concept promoted by NTT, using the distributed processing technology called MAGONIA be
possible to realize the load balancing and dynamic scale on a general-purpose hardware. In this paper, we propose for the technical challenges and its corresponding measures when the distributed processing technology using a hash method applied to the contact center.
