| 抄録 | （和） | 近年，自宅で介護を受ける高齢者が増えている．一方で，介護支援者の人数は不足しており，さらに勤務時間の制限もあり高齢者の要望を満たすことが難しくなっている．従来のスケジュール作成では，高齢者の要望と支援者の勤務時間を用いて立案した．しかし，高齢者の要望と要望の間に空き時間が生じてしまった．そこで本研究では，支援者がより多くの高齢者を訪問できるスケジュールの立案を提案する．具体的には，各要望を反映した訪問スケジュールの空き時間に訪問できる高齢者を追加し，まだ追加されていない高齢者を遺伝的アルゴリズムで割当てることで，効率的なスケジュールの立案を可能とした．本報告では，効率的な訪問スケジュールの立案方法を紹介する． |
| （英） | In recent years, the elderly has increased the case which receives service of the visiting care at home. On the other hand, the visiting care is becoming difficult which meet the needs of the elderly because of shortage of care persons and constraints of the working hours. In the conventional scheduling, it was planning using the elderly needs and the working hours of care person. However, Free time is had occurred between the demand and the needs of the elderly. In this study, we suggest planning schedule care person can visit more of the elderly. Specifically, the planning schedule adds the elderly to the idle time of the schedule that reflects the respective demand. The planning schedule allows the formulation of an efficient scheduling using the genetic algorithm. In this report, we will introduce the method of efficient schedule planning. | |
