(in English) In resent, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan has discussion of “Health Support Pharmacy” and “administration cot of primary care pharmacist” for new pharmacy operations with a patient information unified management. In these discussion, aftertime, it is to be expected to become important to establish a patient information utilization. In this study, we research capabilities of patient information utilization for drugs administration guidance and the other any operations by interviews with pharmacists and evaluate an adequacy of the research and evaluate usefulness of a prototype tool base the research.
