Transmission capacity of multiuser MIMO systems is degraded by inter-user interference (IUI) caused due to channel time variation.
Null-space expansion was proposed to suppress such IUI by additional null-steering exploiting excess degrees of freedom (DoFs) of massive MIMO.
This paper addresses the signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) performance achieved by proposed null-space expansion scheme using measured channel state information (CSI).
It is confirmed that the proposed scheme shows superior SIR performance to conventional channel prediction scheme at some user equipment (UE) speed conditions.
In addition, we show that further increasing of the null-space dimension can suppress IUI stably. |
