| 抄録 | （和） | In emergency, an Integrated Services Digital Television-Terrestrial (ISDB-T) broadcaster would sent a special signal to wake up the receivers by a request of the meteorological agency. Both of the two wake-up ways, Emergency Warning System (EWS) and Earthquake Early Warning (EEW) in ISDB-T use the control channels. In this paper, we focus on determining EEW wake-up trigger with lower misdetection and false alarm probabilities. The EEW message contains both of the wake-up trigger and the detailed information, and this paper proposes a method of determining the trigger with the majority decision of the EEW parity and the simultaneous receptions of EEW and EWS signals. |
