Performance evaluation of Digital CSK/CDM systems using Hadamard code with on-off signaling

(in English) In this paper, a digital CSK with CDM (DCSK/CDM) using Hadamard Code with on-off signaling is proposed to avoid the LED non-linearity effect. This DCSK can avoid the influence of LED non-linearity by digital LED control using multiple RGB-LEDs. Moreover, we consider DCSK with sequence inversion keying (DCSK/SIK) for improving the data transmission rate of DCSK/CDM. In this study, we also evaluate the symbol error rate (SER) performances of DCSK/SIK and DCSK/CDM (i.e., DCSK/SS) by theoretical analysis. As a result, when the number of RGB-LEDs is 7 and the spectral frequency is 5 bit/sec/Hz, the SER performance of DCSK/SIK can be improved by about 3 dBm compared with DCSK/SIK when the number of simultaneous users is 20.
