(in English) 8K video delivery service utilizing broadcasting and IP communication systems will become popular. In this paper, we first introduce 8K video retransmission system. This system allows that 8K video is broadcasted to a TV receiver, transcoded by H.265/HEVC, encapsulated by MPEG-DASH, and retransmitted to a mobile device through a wireless LAN AP. We then evaluate the system performance, such as communication quality and received objective image quality. Results conclude that 8K video content encoded to the bitrates which are planned to be adopted in real-broadcasting use can be smoothly streamed to the mobile device even while a user walks in a room.
