Development of Flexible Ultrasonic Array Probe with High Flexibility and Its Application

(in English) We have developed a flexible array probe with high flexibility. The flexible array probe was improved, it had a higher flexibility can be wound on the finger. As an application that takes advantage of the flexibility, obsevaion of the structure with a small curvature or a part of human body with a small curvature. The examples of a small curvature part of the human are a finger and a nose. We observed a mammary gland phantom, a back of the hand and the arm in order to examine this probe applies to medical ultrasound.
