(in English) 半導体レーザのスペクトル線幅および位相ノイズを低減する手法として光負帰還法を提案し，スペクトル線幅および位相ノイズの低減効果を考察した．本手法は，原理的にはレーザ外部に光周波数弁別器としての光フィルタを設置するのみで構成可能なため，小型な狭線幅光源を実現できる手法である．数値解析より光負帰還を施すことで単一モード半導体レーザのスペクトル線幅を1/10,000へ低減できる可能性があることを明らかにした．また検証実験を通して，フリーラン時に6.4 MHzあった線幅を1/1,000の6.5 kHzにまで低減できることを実証した．
