In recent years, social issues including natural disasters and missing persons have become obvious. To solve these issues and improve public service, we propose an information terminal bus stop. The reason we choose a bus stop for our system is that bus is a common mode of transportation for citizens, thus it is considered to provide effective service. The information terminal bus stop has 5 functions which are “Timetable”, “Transfer System”, “Children Protection System”, “Evacuation System”, “Advertisement” and “City information”. The Children Protection System and Advertisement use face discrimination technology, thus the bus stop could identify children and provide effective marketing. The Evacuation System is activated when disasters occur, and a universal design is introduced to support visitors from overseas. In this paper, we propose an information terminal bus stop for making bus stop service station to help citizen and improve public service. |
