(in English) Human Computer Interaction（HCI）is a research field on the use of computer technology focusing on the interfaces between human and computer. As a part of HCI, the purpose of this study is to make computers understand human emotion using EEGs and be able to respond to his/her needs automatically and correctly. In this paper, we investigated the relationship between EEG and human emotion using 200 pictures from International Affective Picture System（IAPS）belonging to two categories, low valence（LV）and high valence（HV）.
