Downsizing and high efficiency technology for multiphase DC/DC converter

(in English) This paper investigates downsizing and high efficiency technology for DC/DC converter for vehicle installation and household energy storages system. Multi DC/DC converters are operated with multi phase and high frequency . The 5.5kW prototype was built using a SiC-MOSFET. It can be achieved downsizing. The experimental result shows the 99.0 % efficiency.
